Exhaust Valves

All valves are cleaned and miked. Crack detecting test is performed with magnaflux and black light, then premachined. Mother material and S/S base metal are applied by submerged are welding.

After stress relieving, a bed for stellite is machined. A layer of stellite is applied by plasma arc transfer machine and final machining is done to manufacturers' specifications.

Our work has been approved by all major classification societies and underwriter surveyors.
